First off, I want to say that I never actually got to the point of placing an order with Victorious Automotive. I was all set to go, but after weeks of trying to get simple answers about the product I wanted, I threw in the towel. This review is all about that frustrating experience—or lack thereof.

I kicked things off by shooting an email to the address listed on their site, sales@victoriousshop. After waiting over a week without even a peep back, I decided to resend my message, but still, crickets. I should’ve called it quits then, but I was determined to make a purchase, so I went back to their site and tried their chat feature, which led me to a WhatsApp link. This time, I got a brief response saying, ‘Will come back to you.’ But since then? Absolutely nothing, even after I sent another follow-up. It’s kind of ironic because their website claims they offer ‘24/7/365 Ticket and Email Support,’ but that’s not what I experienced at all. I’ve now completely given up on buying from this company because if this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they’d handle things if I actually bought something and ran into issues!

Another reason I decided against making a purchase is that after digging a little deeper into Victorious Automotive, I have some serious concerns about their legitimacy.
1) Their website looks all polished and professional, but there’s no physical address listed anywhere. UK law requires this, no matter where the company is based. All their contact options are just email and chat. A quick Google search for Victorious Automotive reveals two addresses: one in a residential area in Twickenham and another in an office building in EC1, London. Both seem to be just mail drop spots.
2) On top of that, Victorious Automotive isn’t registered with Companies House, which raises a big red flag about whether they even exist as a legitimate business. It’s possible they’re operating from abroad, which isn’t necessarily a deal-breaker, but the lack of a company address and overseas registration number on their site is definitely concerning.

Maybe my experience is just a one-off, but based on all this, I’m done trying to buy from them, and I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I never received ORDER #2690. I've sent a few emails, but no one has gotten back to me. Is this company even still around?
